What makes our Broncos different
Early model Ford Broncos are very unique vehicles. Each body tub is comprised of about 73 separate panels all spot welded together. Unfortunately when these tubs were first produced, there were no corrosion protection steps taken. Bare steel was welded to bare steel and the body was sent out the door. This is why countless Broncos have rusted away.
Every one of our restorations starts with a tub evaluation. We will completely disassemble your Bronco and carefully inspect the body tub for rust. We will then recommend a repair plan that is tailored specifically to your truck. Every Bronco rusts in different ways. Some trucks need removal of some panels, then media blasting, then panel fitment. Other trucks will have panels replaced, then media blast. It's all about what your Bronco needs and to efficiently create a platform for the ultimate in corrosion protection.

Every body tub replacement panel is precision fit using jigs and tram gauges in order to get spot on door gaps and panel alignment. Because we have to use aftermarket sheet metal panels, we will often cut and modify those new panels to make them fit to our high standards. Our restored tubs are welded together using Pro-Spot welding technology to create "better than factory" weld strength and appearance.
